Multi-line Xero invoicing for a youth academy
A youth academy runs its enquiries, trials, enrolments, classes and attendance in SmartSuite and its invoicing in Xero. Skofi built Make automation across the operation; its invoicing scenario builds a multi-line Xero invoice per payer across four billing models.

The organisation
The academy runs classes for young people. Enquiries, trial classes, enrolments, classes and sessions, attendance and tutor timesheets all live in SmartSuite, and invoices are raised in Xero.
Billing was the heavy part. A payer can hold several enrolments on different billing models, and each invoice needs a line for each class or session.
Skofi built a set of Make scenarios across the academy's operation, from trial requests to attendance. This page and the flow page describe the invoicing scenario; the others are not written up.
The outcome
11 scenarios, three of them switched on. None has run in Make's 30-day history window, and the account used no credits this period.
The invoicing scenario is about 74 modules and covers four billing models in one build.
Where it stops
Nothing has run in the current history window, so there are no live figures. The trial-request sync, the session, attendance and timesheet scenarios and a revised copy of the invoice scenario are not described.
