Lead forms into a monday.com CRM for an Australian sailing business
An Australian business that sells shares in boats, sailing memberships and trips advertises each offer with its own lead form. Skofi built Make scenarios that put every lead from those forms into a monday.com CRM once, with a repeat enquiry added to the existing lead rather than duplicated.

The organisation
The business sells part-ownership of boats through syndicates, alongside sailing memberships and trips. Each syndicate, membership drive or trip is advertised with its own lead-ad form, and sales are worked from a monday.com CRM.
Every campaign needed its leads on the board in the same way, and a person who enquired about a second boat needed to stay one lead with a fuller history, not become two.
Skofi built one scenario template and cloned it per campaign. The account also holds experiments in syncing email history between the CRM and HubSpot, which are not described.
The outcome
Ten lead-form scenarios built on one five-module template between May and July 2025. Two are switched on and eight are off.
No runs appear in Make's visible history, so there are no live figures.
Where it stops
No lead has passed through in the visible history window, so this describes the build, not its volume. A lead is recognised by a column lookup on the board, so one who enquires with different details is created again. A duplicate-merging scenario and the CRM-to-HubSpot experiments are not described.
