Start with the process that costs you the most time.
Not a discovery call with a deck. Fifteen minutes on the actual problem, and a straight answer about whether we are the right people for it.
Book a call
Fifteen minutes, no preparation needed. Bring the process that annoys you most and we will tell you honestly whether it is an automation, an integration, or something that should be built.

If you would rather write it down first, this opens a message with a short prompt already in it. A reply usually lands within one working day.

Prefer to write it down here? Two short steps: who you are, then the project and roughly when. It goes straight to us, and a reply usually lands within one working day.
Hire through Upwork
If your business prefers to contract and pay through Upwork (escrow, milestones, and the work history and reviews already on the profile), that route is open and works exactly the same from our side.

None of it is required. It just makes fifteen minutes go further.
- 01The process you would most like to stop doing by hand, described as it actually happens
- 02Which tools it currently touches, including the spreadsheet nobody admits to
- 03Roughly how often it runs, and what it costs when it goes wrong
- 04Who would use the result, and what they can and cannot be trusted to see
- 05Any deadline that is real, as opposed to aspirational
Before you book
Yes, both. We build production web applications, internal tools and portals where off-the-shelf software runs out, and we add AI to the systems you already run: document reading, classification, drafting and agents, with a person confirming anything irreversible before it is written.
Yes. We build software with Claude Code under engineer review, and we configure it inside your repository with project rules, permissions, tests and a review routine, so your developers get the speed without unread changes reaching production.
Usually. We review what the AI tool produced, report the security and reliability gaps in plain language, and then harden it or, if the structure is the problem, scope a rebuild. You end up with software you own, on your accounts.
We build the systems that run operations: business process automation, AI put to work inside real pipelines, custom software where the off-the-shelf tools run out, and the integrations that make monday.com, Airtable, HubSpot, Make.com and Zapier behave as one system.
With a short call and then a mapping phase. The first week is spent understanding how the process is actually performed rather than how it is documented, which produces a written scope with a clear statement of what is not included. Plenty of engagements start smaller still: an audit of automations somebody else built, or a rescue of a scenario that keeps failing.
A focused automation or integration is typically two to four weeks. A custom application (an ERP module set, a portal, a platform) runs eight to twelve. The mapping and proving phases at the start are short on purpose, so that a wrong assumption surfaces early.
Work with them, by default. Replacement earns its place only when licence cost has overtaken the cost of ownership, or when the integration work required to make the tools cooperate has become larger than the thing itself. That is a calculation, and we will show it.
You do, from the first commit. Work happens in your repository and deploys to your accounts: your Vercel project, your database, your domain. There is nothing to untangle if you take it in-house or move to another partner.
Pakistan, on Pakistan Standard Time (UTC+5, no daylight saving). Working hours are arranged to overlap with Australian eastern, US Eastern, US Pacific and UK business hours, so there is a shared window with your team. In practice how the work is run matters more than where it is run from: deployed increments you can click every week, and written decisions rather than remembered ones.
Most of our projects land between $5,000 and $10,000 (US dollars). Larger systems cost more than $10,000. That is a typical range, not a quote: we quote after a discovery conversation, once we have seen the process, its exceptions and the systems involved. The quote says what is included and what is not.
Through Wise, PayPal or Payoneer for international clients, and by bank transfer (IBFT) for clients in Pakistan. The method is agreed at the start of an engagement.
