This site is run by Skofi. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site. Questions go to saveez@skofi.tech.

What the site is

The site describes the work we do and how we do it. It is general information, not advice for your particular situation, and it is not an offer, a quote or a promise of a result. Case studies are real engagements; client names are withheld where the client prefers it, and figures are as we recorded them at the time.

Anything we build for you is agreed separately and in writing: scope, price, timeline and ownership are set out before work starts, and those terms apply to the work, not these.

Content and ownership

The copy, design and code samples on this site are ours. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with attribution. Please do not republish pages wholesale or present our work as your own.

Product and platform names such as Make, monday.com, Airtable, HubSpot and Zapier belong to their owners and appear here only to say what we work with. Client reviews are reproduced as they were written on the platform where they were left.

Using the site properly

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses without asking first, scrape it at a rate that affects other visitors, or use the enquiry form to send anything unlawful or unrelated to a genuine enquiry. If you find a security problem, tell us at saveez@skofi.tech and we will thank you rather than complain.

Links and third parties

The site links to services we do not run, including Cal.com for bookings, Upwork for our profile and reviews, and Clutch. Their content and terms are theirs, and we are not responsible for them. What this site stores about you is described in the privacy notice.

Accuracy and liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but it is provided as it is, and platforms, prices and features we mention change without notice. Please check anything that matters to a decision with us or with the vendor.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on the general information on this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top is the date of the last change, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
