Seven mailboxes digested and decluttered for a real-estate holding group
A holding group with property companies in Austria and Hungary runs its mail through seven Gmail inboxes. Two AI flows in Make work across all of them: a digest twice a week that also files invoices by company, and a weekly newsletter cleanup that has unsubscribed from 153 senders.

The organisation
The group holds several property companies in Austria and Hungary, including serviced city apartments, and runs an interior webshop alongside. Its mail arrives in seven Gmail inboxes, one per company or role, and the owner needs a little of all of them.
Two jobs were eating the time: finding what mattered among everything that arrived, and keeping supplier invoices, which can land in any inbox, filed under the right company. The slow build-up of newsletters made both worse.
Both flows run across all seven mailboxes from identical copies, each with a settings block at the top, and meet in data stores, so the owner receives one digest and one report rather than seven of each.
The outcome
Two flows and 18 scenarios, all switched on since mid-September 2026.
153 newsletter senders unsubscribed, each recorded so it is never handled twice.
Run history was read for one copy of each flow: between 18 September and 19 October the digest ran 11 times with one error and the cleanup 8 times with none.
Where it stops
Only one copy of each flow had its history read, so the run figures are for those copies. A set of scenarios for the webshop's order lifecycle (pro forma, payment, warehouse portal, returns and invoicing) is in testing and switched off, and is not described.
