Connecting a parks and playground builder's sales pipeline to its accounts

A company that designs and builds parks, playgrounds and outdoor recreation spaces sells from a monday.com pipeline, quotes and invoices in QuickBooks Online and sends proposals through PandaDoc. Skofi built the Make flow that joins the three, so each deal carries its customer, its documents, its value and its signed proposal.

The organisation

The company designs and builds parks, playgrounds and outdoor recreation spaces, and each sale is a project with a site, a proposal, estimates and staged invoices. Sales run on a monday.com CRM pipeline, accounting on QuickBooks Online and proposals on PandaDoc; enquiries arrive through website forms.

The joins between those systems were manual: the customer re-typed into accounting from the deal, invoices with no link back to the pipeline, deal values that did not match what had been quoted or billed, proposals assembled by hand.

In September and October 2026 Skofi built the joins as one flow of eight scenarios around the pipeline board. The flow has its own page, because it would apply, as it is, to any project business that sells from a CRM and bills from accounting software.

The outcome

  • One flow of eight scenarios, all switched on, using 2,535 credits in the current billing period.

  • 220 runs in the history of the three scenarios that record one: 130 deal-value roll-ups and 36 invoice links without a failure, and 54 runs of the add-to-accounting button, whose 16 errors came mostly in the build and rollout weeks.

Where it stops

The flow is a few weeks old, so its run history is short, and its calls to accounting skip failures rather than alerting on them. An estimate-response notifier is still in a sandbox, and a one-off backfill, the simple website-form scenarios and earlier, switched-off automations in the account are not described. This page draws only on complete builds.
