Keeping clients' Google Business Profiles active for a local-SEO agency
An agency that does local search marketing for tree-care firms, builders and other home-service businesses runs part of each client's account in Make. The flow described here keeps clients' Google Business Profiles active with their own job photos and AI-written posts.

The organisation
The agency's clients are local home-service businesses whose work comes from search and maps. A Google Business Profile that is posted to regularly is part of the service, and the raw material, photos from the crews, already arrives in a shared folder for each client.
The agency keeps one folder per client in Make, holding that client's scenarios. The posting flow is the same template cloned for each, so a new client is a copy pointed at a new folder, log and profile rather than a new build.
The outcome
One flow of four scenarios: three posting copies and one photo uploader.
The posting copy read in detail ran every two days or so throughout the 30 days to 21 October 2026, and the uploader every day.
Where it stops
Posts go out without review. Other client automations in the account, such as SMS alerts and a won-deal integration with a field-service platform that has no recent runs, are not described, and switched-off copies of the photo uploader are left out.
