Getting every recruiting call into the CRM for a real-estate brokerage

A brokerage that grows by recruiting licensed agents books its recruiting calls through Calendly and works them in Close. A small Make scenario puts every booking into Close once; another sends the brokerage's agreement for e-signature when an agent pays online.

The organisation

The brokerage recruits newly licensed and experienced agents, and the first conversation is a booked call. Its recruiters work from Close, its website takes joining payments, and agreements go out for e-signature.

Most of the scenarios in its Make account are switched off. This page describes the two that are running and complete.

The outcome

  • The booking sync runs on every booking: it used 23 credits in the seven days to 21 October 2026, with bookings arriving through the month.

  • The agreement scenario watches the website's orders and, for each new one, sends the agreement from a template for e-signature and a confirmation email. It last ran on 18 October 2026, in three operations.

Where it stops

The booking sync creates leads but does not update existing ones or handle cancellations, and the agreement goes out for every new order the watch sees. The account's larger builds, including a recruiting CRM on monday.com, are switched off and not described.
