A daily AI drafting pipeline for a consultancy founder's LinkedIn
A consultancy founder wanted to publish on LinkedIn regularly without writing every post from a blank page. Skofi built a daily Make scenario that researches and drafts a post and its image from a topic calendar and leaves both for approval.

The organisation
The founder runs a business consultancy and uses LinkedIn to publish their thinking. Topics were already planned in an Airtable content calendar.
The goal was a researched first draft and a matching image for each topic, in the founder's voice, with the decision to publish kept with the founder.
The build went through three earlier versions, now archived, before the two-stage design described here.
The outcome
Running daily since November 2024. 60 credits in the current billing period, about two a day, with no errors seen; recent runs have mostly found no topic queued.
The second stage, which publishes approved posts, is switched off.
Where it stops
Only the drafting stage runs; publishing is switched off. The drafts are as current as the topic queue, and with nothing queued the scenario does nothing.
