MYOB invoicing from monday.com for an Australian installer
An Australian trade and installation business runs its jobs on monday.com and its books in MYOB. Skofi built a Make flow that raises the MYOB invoice from a button on the job and writes the outcome back, with a sub-scenario that keeps the connection to MYOB authorised.

The organisation
The business supplies and installs, so some jobs carry an installation charge and some do not. Jobs are managed on monday.com, and invoices are raised in MYOB AccountRight, one of the accounting packages Australian small businesses use.
Invoicing meant reading each finished job and retyping it into MYOB. The aim was to raise the invoice from the job itself, and to tell the person who raised it, on the job, if anything went wrong.
The account is small: two scenarios switched on, the invoice flow and its token tool, and two inactive integration stubs that are not described.
The outcome
35 runs between 18 and 22 September 2026, 34 of them successful, using 172 credits; 33 came from the button and two were run by hand.
In the current billing period the invoice scenario has used 135 credits and the token tool 81.
Where it stops
The flow raises invoices; it does not bring payments back from MYOB. The run figures are those in Make's visible history, all between 18 and 22 September 2026.
