Campaign tracking for an Australian real-estate office
An Australian real-estate franchise office runs each property's sale as a campaign on monday.com and keeps its listings in a real-estate CRM. Skofi built Make automation that rolls each campaign phase up from its tasks and keeps the listings in step with the CRM. It runs every day.

The organisation
The office sells property under a franchise brand. Each listing gets its own campaign on monday.com, with phases from preparing the listing through pre-market to the weeks on the market, and each phase is a set of tasks. The listing's facts live in the agency's real-estate CRM.
Agents and the office need to see at a glance how far each campaign has got and how long it has spent in each stage, without counting tasks or retyping prices and statuses from the CRM.
Skofi built a set of Make scenarios for that: a board for each new listing, a completion figure per phase, the days spent in each campaign stage and a sync from the CRM. In January 2026 the set was copied for a second office in Victoria.
The outcome
17 scenarios in the account, 16 of them switched on.
The phase roll-up ran 331 times in the 30 days to 21 October 2026, all successful, using 1,568 credits. The CRM sync used 266 credits in the current billing period.
The scenarios that create each listing's board and count the days in each stage also run; they are not described in detail.
Where it stops
This page describes two scenarios in full. The board-creation and stage-duration scenarios run alongside them and are not described, a fourth-week duration scenario is switched off, and the second office's copies show no usage yet this period.
