Reading a property company's emailed documents into a sheet
A property company receives its paperwork by email, much of it scanned. Skofi built a Make scenario that checks the inbox every fifteen minutes, reads each attachment with OpenAI Vision, logs the fields in Google Sheets and files the original in Google Drive, linked from the row.

The organisation
The company's documents arrive in a shared inbox: digital PDFs, scanned pages, other files and emails with nothing attached. Their details need to be in a spreadsheet the team works from, with the original to hand.
Typing them in was slow, and the scans were the slowest. Plain text extraction would have handled only the digital files.
Skofi built one scenario that reads them, live since mid-2025 and last changed in October 2026. It has its own page, because it would apply, as it is, to any team that works out of an inbox.
The outcome
At least 1,045 runs between 4 and 21 October 2026, with three errors. The history scan was capped, so the real figure is higher.
3,799 credits in that window and 6,548 in the current billing period. Each fifteen-minute check of the inbox counts as a run, whether or not mail has arrived.
Where it stops
This is a single scenario, and it extracts rather than checks: a misread field reaches the sheet as read, with the original linked beside it. An instant-trigger version is switched off and is not described.
