The organisation
The company runs courier and trucking work across the US with owner-operator drivers, so recruiting is constant and local: each applicant belongs to a recruiting market. Its operations run on a dispatch system; recruiting and account tracking run on monday.com.
Two gaps sat between them. Website applications had to be sorted by market by hand, and new customer accounts opened in the dispatch system did not appear on the board at all.
Both are closed by small scenarios: a master webhook in front of the website's forms, a lookup of 153 cities to markets, and a nightly comparison against the dispatch system's API.

Nightly new-customer sync
Brings new customer accounts from the dispatch system onto the board each night, once.

The outcome
Two flows and three scenarios, with 530 runs and 1,616 credits between 18 September and 21 October 2026.
The master webhook and the customer sync ran without an error; the application scenario recorded six errors in 221 runs.
Where it stops
The contact-form scenario, the one-off loaders that filled the lookup tables, and test and backup copies are not described. The customer sync adds accounts and does not track later changes to them.
