Al Das Medical Clinic manages a multi-specialty practice handling thousands of patient interactions monthly. Manual workflows across appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, screening campaigns, lab result distribution, no-show recovery, and dormant patient reactivation were consuming 40+ hours per week of clinical staff time — time that should have been spent on patient care, not data entry and reminders.

The clinic needed a production-scale automation backbone that could orchestrate patient journeys across 15+ data points, sync seamlessly with their EHR (Unite) and data hub (Airtable), and scale to meet the clinic's 2,000+ active patient base without breaking.

Every trigger — a new appointment, a missed lab, a preventive screening due date — fires a precisely orchestrated workflow that moves the right message to the right patient at the right time, while keeping Airtable and the EHR in perfect sync.
